CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- 3x3 - Three rounds of three, back to back! This circuit training class will work your whole body utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight, etc. Get ready to challenge your strength, endurance, and power!
- Beginner Yoga + Stretching - A simple yoga flow and stretches. The goal is to make it enjoyable for whatever age or stage your body is in. Come and stretch your muscles and warm your body with soft movements in a relaxing atmosphere.
- Core + More - The name says it all! We will focus on improving core strength used for daily activities. The more you put in to your workout, the more you get out of it! Every workout can be modified to help you build up to your max abilities.
- Dance Fitness - Fun dance moves that distract you from the fact you're doing cardio!
- Fitness Flow - 45 minutes of a full body workout! Starting with upper body, transitioning to lower body, and finishing up with core! We can modify to one's personal abilities.
- Get Up and Go - Total body workout using body weight, free weights, and bands
- Keep Moving - A class focused on getting steps in while using hand weights. All of which are in intervals at your own pace. You can walk, you can run, you can use light weights or heavy weights, but whatever you choose just keep moving!
- Lil Olympics - Interactive, energetic play designed to engage kids to be active! Mini trampolines, games, jump ropes, etc. are examples of some of the activities that they will enjoy.
- Raise the Bar - High Rep. Full Body. Your Individual Level. Fun workout that incorporates functional strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
- Spin IT!! - Spin workout with a high-intensity burst combined with breaks of weights and core to give you a full body workout.
- Spin Theory - Spin Training Meets Resistance Training! Get a full body strength training workout with a mix of cardio on the spin bike. Every muscle group is targeted during the light weight, high rep exercises at your individual fitness level.
- Wheel Power - Spin/Indoor Cycling is a great low-impact and cardiovascular workout. This class is excellent for fat-blasting, calorie-burning, and endurance-building.
- Yoga Flow - We will be starting this class off as beginner yoga, teaching the basic movements and verbiage so that you have a solid base for whatever other yoga classes you want to take! We'll move through all of the core poses and build our abilities as the class progresses.
How to sign up for classes:
*You will need to provide us with a valid email address when signing up, and you will need it to register for myiclubonline.com
*An agreement number can be given to you when you sign up or if you call or email us, we can get it to you!
With your agreement number:
1. Go to myiclubonline.com
2. Click "Register"
3. Type in agreement number
4. Fill in the following boxes
5. Click on 'Classes' at on the top grey box across the top
Then, you are able to enroll for the classes by selecting the green "Enroll Now" button
Without your agreement number:
1. Go to myiclubonline.com
2. Click "Register"
3. Select "Retrieve Agreement Number"
4. An email will be sent to the email you provided us with the following steps to register
Then, follow through with #5 from above
