CLASS DESCRIPTIONS​
  • Barre - A fun, full-body workout that blends ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, strength training, and yoga. You’ll sculpt and tone your arms, legs, glutes, and core using small, controlled movements that deliver big results! This low-impact, high-intensity class focuses on improving posture, flexibility, and balance while building long, lean muscle. Perfect for all fitness levels — no dance experience required!
  • Chair-Full Movements - A modified yoga flow focused on stretching while seated in a chair. Come stretch your muscles and relax your mind with soft movements. This class will be downstairs allowing those that have difficulty using stairs to join.​​
  • ​Core + More - The name says it all! We will focus on improving core strength used for daily activities. The more you put in to your workout, the more you get out of it! Every workout can be modified to help you build up to your max abilities.
  • Fitness Flow - 45 minutes of a full body workout! Starting with upper body, transitioning to lower body, and finishing up with core! We can modify to one's personal abilities.
  • Forty-Five Fit - Forty-Five Fit is a fast-paced, 45 minute strength class designed for girls who want to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable. We combine strength training, circuit-style weight work, and high-intensity movement -- but don't worry, this class is for all fitness levels. Expect heavy beats, fun music, and a room full of women empowering each other through every rep. No judgement, just good vibes, strong energy, and a community that lifts each other up. Whether you're building muscle, burning calories, or just needing a reset, this class brings the perfect mix of sweat, strength, and support.
  • Girl Strong - Use weights to build strength and mobility while doing step movements on a bench. Let's get strong like girls together!
  • HIIT Happens - A fast-paced , full-body workout that combines bursts of high-intensity exercise with short recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and build strength. This class will keep your heart rate pumping with a short mix of cardio, body weight moves, and functional strength training. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, HIIT Happens will challenge your endurance, boost your metabolism, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished, all within 45 minutes.
  • Keep Moving - A class focused on getting steps in while using hand weights. All of which are in intervals at your own pace. You can walk, you can run, you can use light weights or heavy weights, but whatever you choose just keep moving!
  • Lil Olympics - Interactive, energetic play designed to engage kids to be active! Mini trampolines, games, jump ropes, etc. are examples of some of the activities that they will enjoy.
  • Mix It Monday - Start your week with a surprise! Each Friday, one person gets to choose from workout styles — think barre, stations, cardio, and more — and over the weekend, a custom workout is created based on their pick. Come ready to mix it up and start your week strong!​
  • Muscles + Motion - Build lean muscle and improve joint health with functional strength exercises while boosting your energy with added in endurance sections.
  • Raise the Bar - High Rep. Full Body. Your Individual Level. Fun workout that incorporates functional strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
  • Rebounding! - Bounce your way to better health! This fun, high-energy group class uses mini trampolines to combine cardio, strength, and core training into a fun workout. You'll build endurance, improve balance, and torch calories while having a blast to upbeat music. Perfect for all fitness levels-- no experience needed, just bring your energy and get ready to jump into fitness!
  • RESTorative - We will be starting this class off as beginner yoga, teaching the basic movements and verbiage, so that you have a solid case for whatever other yoga classes you want to take! We'll move through all of the core poses and build our abilities as the class progresses.
  • Serenity Stretch - A simple yoga flow and stretches. The goal is to make it enjoyable for whatever age or stage your body is in. Come and stretch your muscles and warm your body with soft movements in a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Spin IT!! - Spin workout with a high-intensity burst combined with breaks of weights and core to give you a full body workout.
  • Spin Theory - Spin Training Meets Resistance Training! Get a full body strength training workout with a mix of cardio on the spin bike. Every muscle group is targeted during the light weight, high rep exercises at your individual fitness level.
  • Step It Up - This class will be an upbeat full body workout focusing on cardio health as well as strength, agility, and balance. All levels of fitness are welcome. Come, let's have fun and grow together!
  • Step Up - A fun, fast-paced workout that combines cardio and strength training using a step platform. You'll move through choreographed step sequences and intervals designed to boost endurance, tone your legs and glutes, and raise your heart rate with energizing music and east to follow moves. This class keeps you motivated while improving coordination, balance, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, just step up and sweat it out.
  • Wheel Power - Spin/Indoor Cycling is a great low-impact and cardiovascular workout. This class is excellent for fat-blasting, calorie-burning, and endurance-building.​​

How to sign up for classes:

*You will need to provide us with a valid email address when signing up, and you will need it to register for myiclubonline.com
*An agreement number can be given to you when you sign up or if you call or email us, we can get it to you!

With your agreement number:

1. Go to myiclubonline.com
2. Click "Register"
3. Type in agreement number
4. Fill in the following boxes
5. Click on 'Classes' at on the top grey box across the top
Then, you are able to enroll for the classes by selecting the green "Enroll Now" button

Without your agreement number:
1. Go to myiclubonline.com
2. Click "Register"
3. Select "Retrieve Agreement Number"
4. An email will be sent to the email you provided us with the following steps to register
Then, follow through with #5 from above
