September Class Schedule
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- Attitude Adjustment - It's a total body HIIT workout and is going to be LIIT! This class will set you up to see the possibilities within yourself through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Low-Intensity Interval Training, Core Work. and Mobility Training.
- Dance Fitness - Fun dance moves! Cardio-focused
- HIIT the PIT - High-Intensity Interval Training. This upbeat workout is designed to give you a challenge without the boredom. Station-based for a moment then moving to another exciting format. Just never the same workout twice!!
- Intermediate Yoga - This yoga class will be a step above beginner yoga. We'll flow through some familiar yoga poses and will also be adding in some newer, slightly more difficult poses to grow your experience and knowledge of yoga!
- Lil Olympics - Interactive, energetic play designed to engage kids to be active! Mini trampolines, games, jump ropes, etc. are examples of some of the activities that they will enjoy.
- Pound - Called the Rockout Workout because a heavy beat and Rockstar state of mind are the foundations of every class. Class will be engaging, exciting, and challenging. Class in the black lights.
- Power Core - An intense 20 minute ab workout focused on targeting and building core strength that transitions into 20 minutes of a leg/lower body workout.
- Raise the Bar - High Rep. Full Body. Your Individual Level. Fun workout that incorporates functional strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
- R.I.P.P.E.D. - Rumble - Core - Combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, the mixed martial arts of Rumble, and core for an ultimate calorie burn. The combination of strength training and cardio makes a fun and challenging class for every fitness level!
- Senior Body Balance - TBD
- Senior Yoga - A simple yoga flow and stretches. The goal is to make it enjoyable for whatever age or stage your body is in. Come and stretch your muscles and warm your body with soft movements in a relaxing atmosphere.
- Spin - Spin/Indoor Cycling is a great low-impact and cardiovascular workout. This class is excellent for fat-blasting, calorie-burning, and endurance-building.
- Spin IT!! - Spin workout with a high-intensity burst combined with breaks of weights and core to give you a full body workout.
- Spin Theory - Spin Training Meets Resistance Training! Get a full body strength training workout with a mix of cardio on the spin bike. Every muscle group is targeted during the light weight, high rep exercises at your individual fitness level.
- STRONG - A high-intensity (HIIT) workout set to a beat. It's full of planks, squats, push-ups, kick-boxing moves and more to help you build strength and test your limits. Designed to be modified up or down to meet you where you are on your road to becoming Strong!
- unBEATable - Ever want to be the drummer in a rock band? Ever wanna just rock it out? This is your class. Come be the lead in your own band. Be the drummer. Cardio that's fun!!!!
- Walk It Out - A class focused on circuit training while utilizing hand weights, cardio and body weight resistance to help tone and get the daily step count up. All of which are in intervals at your own pace.
- Wheel Power - Spin/Indoor Cycling is a great low-impact and cardiovascular workout. This class is excellent for fat-blasting, calorie-burning, and endurance-building.
- Xtreme Hip Hop with Beth - A class that combines cardio exercise with a step board to hip hop music, it is designed for all fitness levels and ages. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced moves that are fun to learn and get your heart rate up to burn those calories!
- Yoga Flow - We will be starting this class off as beginner yoga, teaching the basic movements and verbiage so that you have a solid base for whatever other yoga classes you want to take! We'll move through all of the core poses and build our abilities as the class progresses.
How to sign up for classes:
*You will need to provide us with a valid email address when signing up, and you will need it to register for myiclubonline.com
*An agreement number can be given to you when you sign up or if you call or email us, we can get it to you!
With your agreement number:
1. Go to myiclubonline.com
2. Click "Register"
3. Type in agreement number
4. Fill in the following boxes
5. Click on 'Classes' at on the top grey box across the top
Then, you are able to enroll for the classes by selecting the green "Enroll Now" button
Without your agreement number:
1. Go to myiclubonline.com
2. Click "Register"
3. Select "Retrieve Agreement Number"
4. An email will be sent to the email you provided us with the following steps to register
Then, follow through with #5 from above
