Christina Basye- I like muscles. Men and women both are designed with muscles. I enjoy helping develop muscles. Its more than a workout- its a catalyst to reach your potential! So often people come to me shrinking themselves and through a workout program, I help them to see they are stronger than they believe. Developed muscles are the reward for hard work, dedication and commitment which are the cornerstones of life.
Justin Dorathy- I love to be outside on a hike, bike ride, or a run! Exercise isn't an activity- it is a way of life. Your body is the place you live so taking care of it isn't an option. It's a priority. I like to vary routines and see what my body can do. That's why I like to train. Helping someone reach their goals is satisfying. I understand struggling to gain muscle. That is why I got certified in nutrition because what you put into your body determines what you can get out of your body. My goal in fitness is to help others achieve more than they think they can.
Steffy Landrum- I have always been an active person and have loved playing sports, especially basketball in high school. However, that love for sports took a wear and tear on my body and resulted in multiple knee surgeries. As I have gotten older I have had difficulty finding workouts and activities that do not cause stress on my knee joints, that is until I found SPIN! It is a great low impact cardio and strength training class that I can go all out in and not put stress on my knees. So instead of focusing on what my body says I can't do... I am enjoying pushing it to do what I thought I couldn't in a way that keeps it healthy.

Tony Lockhart- I've always played sports. I've always been active. I love to help young athletes find their full potential. Training isn't only about knowledge. It's about motivation. It's about discipline. It's a mind over body mentality. I love to come along side and help them push through to the finish. I love to lift. I love to play ball. Most of all, I want to leave people with a sense of accomplishment within themselves.
Cari Rector- I grew up loving physical activity. I decided I wanted to run track in 7th grade because I wanted to lift weights; I quickly learned that I loved the running part even more. After I graduated from Beebe High School, I attended Hendrix College where I ran track and obtained a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I coached varsity track and cross country for 13 years, and I am now a school counselor at Beebe Middle School. I wholeheartedly believe that fitness is an integral part of our lives- not only physically but mentally as well. Being a part of the Beebe Athletic Club family is so important to me, and I hope it is for you as well. I am married to my husband, Tate, and we have two little boys, Brody and Reed. When we are not working or working out at BAC, we enjoy hunting, fishing, and relaxing at the lake.
Lisa Smith- I am a certified Zumba teacher. The thrill of the dance is great for me. Of course, I am no lightweight. I also love a good burpee, which is why I teach Zumba STRONG! I am a teacher and a mom. Having an active lifestyle helps me to keep up with my children and also it gives me a chance for some me time and a sense of accomplishment. I love to encourage, teach, and hopefully inspire a room full of students to reach their full potential.
Paige Spillman- Since I was a kid, I have always loved to be active and to exercise- even doing Richard Simmons videos with my friends in elementary school. Being able to design and lead classes that challenge people to work hard and to build strength physically and mentally is an awesome feeling and something I am grateful to do. What better place to better yourself, than with those who are working towards the same goals and cheering you on!
